"Cooking Up Transformations"/ Making Gelatin- Working with our media mentor

We began with boiling the water, it took about 10 minutes.
Then we measured 1/3 of a cup of water and poured it in a container, added 1/3 of the gelatin powder and stirred for two minutes.
Next we added an equal amount of cold water, mixed it and poured about one ounce (half of the container) in each container.



To help the gelatin set, we placed the containers on ice.  It took about two hours for the gelatin to set.
